II brief introduction of structure ZJ series speed reducer adopts second-grade cylindrical gear drive, parallel axes is collocated as trigonometrical polyline which is beneficial to enhance stability of drive, lower noise and reduce dimension of speed reducer. Output terminal adopts expanding ring without key joint and contact type module holdback. Reducer can be easily installed with three directions of rotation, such as double directions, clockwise single-direction and anticlockwise single-direction.
Hollow output of ZJ series speed reducer is divided into blank cap （M）and common cover: direction of rotation has double direction（L）, clockwise single-direction（S）and anticlockwise single-direction （N）；Installed type of input axis has right type and left type. Output end of ZJ speed reducer is installed on the driven shaft with vertical position. Level, slanting or inverted position are available under special state, additive explanation should be added when order is made. Double-screw thread tie bar is equipped at one end the case.
Notice: drum shaft and expansion ring of speed reducer should be firmly installed. Expanding sleeve should be screwed down again after running some periods, as well as running some periods of the loading test-drive.
IV maintenance and repair Users should install it correctly, gear oil should be fully filled in before running, check whether the oil is leaked. Check whether the bolt is loose, especially the input belt pulley and output expansion ring device.
