I Purpose and Applicable Range HZB slewing gear is latest product developed for QTZ20, QTZ25, QTZ31.5, QTZ40, QTZ63, QTZ80 and QTZ125 tower crane. It is composed of motor, hydraulic coupling, electromagnetic brake and planet-gear speed reducer, the speed reducer are divided into coaxial type and eccentric type: the coaxial type is third grade planet-gear drive; while the eccentric type is combined with common dead axle gear drive and second grade planet-gear drive. This speed reducer is close in structure, reliable in performance, long in service life, high in transmission efficiency, great in output torque, stable in running, low in noise, light in deadweight and good in airproofing performance.
Applicable Range as Follows: 1. Max input rotate speed of speed reducer is 1500r/min 2. Working ambient temperature is from -40℃ to 40℃. 3. There must be no corrosive medium in working place.

Output torsional moment can not be exceeded for active job. 3 High-intensity bolt should be used to rivet when speed reducer and tower crane are joint together, assuring that output gear wheel is parallel with slewing support with correct joggle. 4 Check the fasteners to prevent loose usually 5 Add lubricating oil or not depends on demand of clients when speed reducer leaves the factory, it is forbidden to work without oil; lubricating oil should be changed three month after, then it should be changed after every 1500hours. New oil can be added into the machine after strictly cleaning the machine before discharging all old oil in the machine.
